 Structure and working principal  :The motor is based on 120 series print motor of our company and equipped with 60 teeth grating on the high speed side shaft end of the motor.It delivers 60 rectangular pulses for one revoluti-on of the motor(without the speed redu-ctor).In combination with photoelectric switch with amplifier, it measures the changes of the motor speed and by the help of motor speed control circuit en-sures high consistency of the motor speed. It’s most suitable for precisi-on wire feeding in welding CO2 machine with digital control. ELECTROMAGNERIC TYPE PRINT MOTOR WITH TACHOMETER structure and working principal  This equipment is composed of electromagnetic loop and signal coil. Install one electromagnetic loop around the rotation shaft of the motor and one signal coil on the outside of the electromagnetic loop. The electromagnetic loop will rotate synchronously together with the motor shaft after the motor starts to rotate. The signal coil will generate sinusoidal alternative voltage under the force of the alternative magnetic field. The amplitude of the voltage and frequency of this signal will show linear variation with the change of the rotation speed. Therefore, the output rotation speed of the motor could be detected by the change of the voltage of the signal.It’s most suitable for precision wire feeding in welding CO2 machine with digital control.
